Refund policy

Exchanges and Store Credit:

Every Safia Ali piece is made to order and handcrafted for you. Because of the care that goes into each outfit, we do not offer monetary refunds. We do, however, want you to love what you ordered, so we offer the following:

Size exchanges:

If your outfit does not fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it for a different size in the same design, one time, with no exchange fee. The item must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Because every piece ships internationally from our ateliers, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility: you cover the shipping to send the item back to us, and the shipping of the replacement to you (typically 50 to 100 USD). We charge nothing for the exchange itself and will quote the exact shipping cost before you send anything.

A smaller alternative:

Minor fit issues (sleeve length, waist, hem) can often be solved by a tailor near you for far less than international shipping. Send us photos and we will gladly advise on what is adjustable.

Store credit:

Ā If a size exchange does not solve the problem, return the item (shipping paid by the customer) and we will issue store credit for the full value of the item, valid for 12 months, which can be used on anything in the store.

Custom orders:

Outfits stitched to custom measurements are made uniquely for you and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we will gladly help you choose.
