Are your outfits ready to ship?

No, and that is by design. Every outfit is made to order and handcrafted after you place your order, which takes 5 to 7 weeks for standard pieces. Heavily customized designs or pieces with extensive handwork can take longer; we will tell you the timeline when you order.

Can I order custom measurements?

Yes. Contact us before placing your order and we will guide you through the measurements we need. Please note that custom measured outfits are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

What if my outfit does not fit?

Standard size orders can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery, one time, with no exchange fee. Because every piece ships internationally from our ateliers, shipping is the customer's responsibility: you cover the cost of sending the item back to us and the shipping of the replacement to you (typically 50 to 100 USD). We will quote the exact cost before you send anything. If an exchange does not solve it, we will issue store credit valid for 12 months instead. Tip: minor fit issues can often be solved by a local tailor for much less than international shipping; message us photos and we will gladly advise.

How do I know which size to pick?

Check our Sizing Chart (all measurements are in inches). If you are between sizes or unsure, message us with your measurements and we will recommend a size. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up, since taking an outfit in is easier than letting it out.

How long does delivery take?

5 to 7 working days from dispatch, with a tracking number emailed to you when your parcel ships. Total time from order to doorstep is production time plus delivery.

Will I have to pay customs duty?

Possibly. International orders, including US orders, may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Our pieces are worn by clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Pakistan, UAE, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

How do I care for my outfit?

Dry clean only. Iron at a moderate temperature and store in the garment bag provided. Handcrafted embellishments deserve gentle handling.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?

We photograph every piece as accurately as possible, but screens vary and slight differences in shade, lace, or fabric pattern are part of what makes handmade pieces unique.

I am a bride. Can you make something for my big day?

We would be honored. Explore the pieces our brides have worn on Instagram, then reach out through the Contact page or DM us to discuss your vision and timeline. Bridal pieces need extra time, so contact us as early as you can.
