Custom measured outfits are final sale; standard sizes can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See our Exchange Policy.

Made to order. Every outfit is handcrafted after you place your order and takes 5 to 7 weeks to make. Heavily customized designs can take longer; we will confirm your timeline when you order.

Delivery. 5 to 7 working days after dispatch, with a tracking number emailed to you.

Exchanges. Standard size orders can be exchanged for another size within 7 days of delivery, with no exchange fee, or converted to store credit valid for 12 months. Shipping both ways is paid by the customer; we quote the exact cost before you ship anything. Outfits stitched to custom measurements are final sale.

Customs duties. International orders, including US orders, may be charged customs duty by the destination country. These charges are set by your government and are not included in our prices.
